Preamble to artificial fuels

The said breakthrough cheap fuels can be produced domestically, distributely, and cheaply, and it allows to integrate huge amount of  renewable energy in national grids, being now a sore and unsolvable problem.      Roadmap manifesto from present energy fiasco via realistic half-greens to clean energy. And so on, and so on.
