KNO3 cycle for cheap electricity

It is a chemical cycle for electricity and hydrogen production.
(1) KNO3 = (thermolysis above 400 C) = KNO2  + ½ O2 – 124 kJ/mol    :
(2) KNO2 solution in the water + ½ O2 = electrochemically = KNO3 + 124 kJ/mol electricity + water separated. The both processes and totally too are highest energy effective near 100 % using a heat of near 400 C!!! Certainly, if supposing 80 % effectiveness for electrochemistry.
An ordinary chemical engineer can evaluate such technology and its economics as
341.0 kWh electricity production per a ton of KNO3, using 427.0 KWh heat, and KNO2 and O2 in a cycle too, so to be practically free.  
My other inventions being a fresh look in fields of solar heat or wind power generation and in a field of the water thermolysis being a fresh look too, being used here, can allow incredible cheap 8.0 USA cent/kg H2 and 0.25 cents/kWh electricity by OPEX, while CAPEX is very cheap too, because my inventions are very cheap and simple design, using mass produced cheap and recyclable materials and parts.
