Abstract
Combining in joint container, both a fuel cell and its thermal recycling, it can be extremely attractive device, allows
(1) to be both very energy effective and compact one
(2) to work quite safely with hazardous anode and/or cathode, can be both cycled being isolated from environment, protecting it and protected of it.
(3) to use a outer heating as its only energy source, with efficiency near 100%

It allows quite safely work of potentially very attractive fuel cells by their high power density and energy density, and made of cheap and mass produced materials.
The safety problems were the main obstacle for their introduction in global energetics.
