Q (C2H4) = (2*28 *23 + 2 * 170)/28 = $57/ton C2H4.

Its energy effectiveness can be close to 100%, while it has very simple design, and its electricity is about 0.3 USA cents per kWh, because a lion share of the said cost is a share of a geared electric generator.
