Cheap and abundant valuable seafood

Dr. Bryan Hubbell National Programs Director Dr. Suzanne van Drunick Research Program of Safe and Susatinable Water Resources Dr. Bruce Rodan Associate Director For Science epa.gov February 3, 2022 It is abnormal that seafood is more expensive than consume meat. Regards, and for detailed information David Judbarovski, systems engineering, principle inventor, retired judbarovski@gmail.com Israel Seafood via atmospheric CO2 utilization and plenty nutrients Abstract Seafood farming can be distributed on open oceans as closed specialized artificial ecosystems of phytoplankton growing with mineral fertilizers, for feeding of small fishes & shellfishes, they feed a valuable fish being a commercial end product of extremely low cost. Such farms are well standardized and scalable. . 200 million ton valuable seafood annually needs about 45,000 km2 oceans’ area (0.013 %). We can deploy such farms in any place with not severe winds and with optimal high temperatures. Neither solar illumination nor atmospheric CO2 as intake, are a bottleneck for such technology. The only bottleneck could be very poor nutrients in open oceans waters, but it will be no problem to create the best nutrient conditions known on the Earth by plentiful mineral fertilizers (N, P, Fe and so on). Such ponds in open oceans are boundared by very large blocks composed of hollow plastic cubes at onshore docks then delivered for the end assembling. About delivering such fresh seafood products for a long distance, you can see “Breakthrough quick ship. Economical aspects” in https://judbarovski.blogspot.com/2020/05, posted on May 20, 2020
