Here a metapel is meant a person for periodical help to a disabled in his routine needs, for example, to dress him, to cook for him and feed him, to clean and so on, mainly at his home and in contact. In another hand, a remote working metapel can help to be a companion for elderly person remotely too or to help him in many other cases need modern social behavior and knowledges, good hearing and vision and so on.. \
