Huge solar and wind integration in grids
Breakthrough variant of half-green fuels. Author: David Judbarovski, systems engineering, principle inventor, retired. See my professional CV shortly in Linkedin.com. judbarovski.blogspot.com, judbarovski@gmail.com . Abstract. My variant is based on extremelly cheap solar and/or wind energy as a result of many years of my research and development. The said breakthrough cheap fuels can be produced domestically and cheaply, and it allows to integrate huge amount of renewable energy in national grids, being now a sore and unsolvable problem. (1) C + H2O = H2 + CO + 176 KJ. (2) 2 C + 2 H2O = 2 H2 + 2 CO + 352 KJ. (3) CO + 2 H2 = CH2 + H2O - 226 KJ. And summarised in CH2 = 2 C + H2O - CO (sold) + 352 KJ (heat) - 226 KJ (electricity sold) = 2 * 12 * 120 + 352 * 4 / 3.6 - 28 * 50 - 226 * 0.3 efficiency heat in electricity * 0.033 local tariffs / 3.6 = 3280 - 1400 - 600 = USD 1280. So 1280/ 14/ 7 = USD 12.8 / bbl of hydrocarbons production, Opex. References Roadmap manifesto from present energy fiasco via realistic half-greens to clean energy. And so on, and so on.
