November 18, 2025 SMNPP - Small Modular Nuclear Power Plants as a possible panacea vs. present climatre change too. (1) There was pu blished some years ago an assumtion, that present climate change is a product of growing usage solar and wind power plants. Our climate can be very sensitive to any its changing, ever to quite small one. And the author of such assumption appeals to build more nuclear power plants as a panacea. (2) The bigger NPP, the cheaper and simple to store and defend it as against criminals and againt weapon in a war-time, but any technical accident can be catastrophic for large regions for the very long future. To be built, it needs gigantic investments and very many years not being energy independed from impudent exporters of oil and gas. (3) In the other hand, a small modular NPP = SMNPP - can be built by "breeding investments", because earlier built SMNPP with its cheap electricity and well profit can be reinvested expoentially in building of folloWed SMNPP.

They are OPEX, and in order of magnitude cheapŠµr than prices of fossil fuel and can use now existing infrastructure. (a) CO2 [1] + H2 = CO + H20 - 3 kJ negligible. Here everywhere CO2 is circular and free. A cost of H2O is negligible. If Q served for a cost, Q(CO) * 28 = Q(H) * 2, so Q(CO) = Q(H) / 14.
