Artificial hydrocarbon fuels production in open oceans

Absract. It is circular and breakthrough cheap and carbon negative production based on inventions. CO2 + 3H2 = CH2 (abbreviation of hydrocarbons) + 2H2O - 140 kJ, exothermic. CH2 is 7.8-10 /bbl, OPEX.. CO2 is extracted from near surface sea water by circular chemistry, so its components are practically free. Energy for it can be maritime nature too and 1144 kWh/ton CO2, can be compensated. [2]. [3]. H2 by $130-170 /ton here is produced by low temperature water thermolysis, allowed by usage of new kind of catalysts, can be named "enveloping reversible reaction" [4], [5]. Its energy effectiveness can be close to 100%, while it has very simple design, and its electricity is about 0.3 USA cents per kWh, because a lion share of the said cost is a share of a geared electric generator. It works in open sea in principle, while global wind kinetic power is about 20.0 milliard kW. The power generation unit is a small pilotless boat with a flat sail.
